Over the past couple of weeks we've been fortunate to have corporate volunteers from WebSummit in with us helping us to run our Solas College programme.

The Web Summit crew helped us run treasure hunts around Trinity College with the kids over 3 weeks, including a trip to the Book of Kells, checking out a lecture theatre & having lunch on Campus.

Thanks so much to all the Web Summit team, their enthusiasm and energy with our young people was greatly appreciated and they learned a great deal from them.

At the end of the 3 weeks, we were delighted when they presented us a cheque for €1,000 towards the programme. Solas College is a vital part of our Solas @ School programme that aims to broaden the horizons of the young people we work with & break down any perceived barriers to attending 3rd level education if they wish to do so..
