Sean joined the Rua and Compass programmes in 2019. He is inspired by his team and finds great satisfaction from working with and helping young people every day.

Originally from Harold’s Cross in Dublin, he received a diploma and BA (Hons) Degree in Psychology before becoming a certified LeCheile Youth Mentor, as well as Safetalk and Assist training. Sean is currently completing a course on challenging behaviour with the Centre of Excellence.

When he’s not working, Sean enjoys football, climbing, travelling, keeping active, and seeing new places. He lives in Dublin, and says the people really make the city great.
